About Us
Animal Lover
I have a huge passion for animals. I learnt to ride at the age of around 6 and had my 1st pony at 11. I currently own 2 horses, both appaloosas, who I ride/compete English and Western.
Indy is 10 (pictured) and loves to jump and Missy is 3 and is my western pony. She is reining and cow-horse bred and I hope to compete her ridden next year.
My dogs
At home we currently have 2 dogs.
Bear is a rotti x GSD and is now 7 years old and Huka is a White Swiss Shepherd 1 year old. I hope to show Huka and we currently attend RingCraft classes in preparation for when we can get out and about again once Covid has settled.
I am also a trainee dog trainer with the Academy of Modern Canine Behaviour Training in Bishopstoke and in 2008 I completed a certificate in Canine Psychology. Around this time, I also spent time with Jan Fennell learning about dog communication.
Passion
After 18 years working in the NHS I decided to make my passion my job.
I have a wide knowledge of equine and k9 care and would love to share my knowledge with you or use it to help care for your beloved pets.
